Vouloukos 1989-2000). I continue to train with the same continuity and consistency until today… Basic studies School of Agricultural Technologists in Larissa (1985-1989) and then at the Agricultural University of Athens until 1992. Activity I maintain an office in Nafplio, practicing the profession for 16 years until now, working mainly individually with adults and teenagers, with couples and experiential parent groups and self-knowledge groups. Intervention in society with speeches in schools and clubs, with relevant articles, organization of seminars in collaboration with a large network of colleagues. I work with psychiatrists where and when needed, in order for the patient to be framed with the best, safest way for his treatment to progress. Or philosophy becomes a way of working My work with people has a starting point and a goal for the man himself. I attach great importance to the therapeutic relationship itself since the way the therapist relates to the patient is an important source of encouragement for the way it relates to his personal and social life. I choose not to focus on forms - symptoms. People who usually come and ask for help experience unpleasant symptoms and suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, depression, obsessions, psychosomatic symptoms, eating disorders. They face life issues such as loss, death, illness, divorce. The forms - symptoms change, the emphasis is on the patterns of thought and relationship that maintain the forms of symptoms, so I focus on the person who suffers and seeks relief and not on the symptoms expressed in the above ways. My deep conviction that through the human healing relationship the symptoms subside, is not just a belief, is based on many years of experience with the patients. The relationship can become therapeutic. The treatment emerges from the contact of the therapist and the patient and touches both at the same time. In order for the relationship to become therapeutic, it is necessary to develop, respect, active listening, acceptance, encouragement, the deep democratic dialogue between two people of equal value.
